作者简介 ：
潘能，西安交通大学外语系教授，硕士研究生导师，留英伯明翰大学英语系研究语言学，西安交通大学外语系原副主任兼英语教研室主任，曾任全国大学英语教学指导委员会委员以及四、六级口语考试专家主考。 潘能教授历年为英语专业高年级开设“英语口译”、“英语高级阅读”，以及硕士研究生多门语言学课程。曾赴美国为中国代表团担任全程口译和技术培训口译、联合国官员口译、学术讲座口译、国际会议口译、各类外事活动口译等。 潘能教授近年的著作有《英语听力八步》、《英语短文写作八步》、《英语阅读八步》、《英语口语八步》、《英美散文选读》、“大学英语达标快车系列”、《大学英语学习指南》以及《英语写作——范文100篇》等。
