This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 9th Asia-Pacific Network Operations and Management Symposium, APNOMS 2006, held in Busan, Korea in September 2006.
The 50 revised full papers and 25 revised short papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from 280 submissions.
