生物与医学数据分析 / 国际专题讨论会 会议录LNCS-4345:Biological and medical data analysis

This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 7th International Symposium on Biological and Medical Data Analysis, ISBMDA 2006, held in Thessaloniki, Greece, in December 2006.
The 28 revised full papers and 16 revised poster papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from 91 submissions. The papers are organized in topical sections on functional genomics, sequence and structure analysis, biomedical models, databases and grids, semantics and information modelling, biomedical signal processing - time series analysis, biomedical image analysis and visualisation techniques, biomedical data analysis and interpretation, as well as decision support systems and diagnostic tools.

LNBI is devoted to the publication of state-of-the-art research results in bio-informatics and computational biology, at a high level and in both printed　and electronic versions - making use of the well-established LNCS publication machinery. As with the LNCS mother series, refereed proceedings and postpro-ceedings are at the core of LNBI, however, similar to the color cover sub-lines in LNCS, tutorials and state-of-the-art surveys are also invited for LNBI.
