This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 3rd International Conference on Human.Society@Internet, HSI 2005, held in Tokyo, Japan in July 2005. The 32 revised full papers and 9 revised poster papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from 118 submissions.
