加入世界贸易组织法规文件汇编（下）：中国加入世界贸易组织法律文件（英文本）

1．《加入世界贸易组织法规文件汇编》分上、中、下三册。《中华人民共和国有关法律法规》汇编了中华人民共和国与履行加入世界贸易组织所作的承诺有关的法律、行政法规及部分国务院部门规章，是国家出版的法规正式版本。《中国加入世界贸易组织法律文件（中文本）》、《中国加入世界贸易组织法律文件（英文本）》是为更好地掌握《中华人民共和国有关法律法规》而汇编的。
2．《中华人民共和国有关法律法规》汇编的法律、行政法规及国务院部门规章截止日期为2001年12月31日；汇编的国务院部门规章限于各部门已向国务院备案的规章。
3．《中国加入世界贸易组织法律文件（中文本）》中，收录的是《全国人大常委会公报》和《国务院公报》所刊登的中文本。
4．《中国加入世界贸易组织法律文件（英文本）》以多哈会议中国代表团的正式文本为底本排印。
