中央电视台《希望―英语杂志》栏目播于1999年6月18日。它 由中央电视台社教节目中心教育专题部制作的一款杂志粝英语教学电视节目。它用灵活生动的语言、精彩绚丽的画面、轻松愉快的英语视听氛围和原法原味的英美文化为不同程度的英语爱好者提供了一份英语大餐。
