土地使用管理法：案例与资料

    本书是美国哈佛、耶鲁等一流大学法学院广为推崇的土地管理法课程教学用书，作者均为有渊博理论知识和丰富实践经验的著名教授。本书阐述了土地开发、管理和销售的全过程，土地使用管理中主体之间的权利和义务，土地使用管理的法律后果。第三版增加了：从历史和社会的角度对土地使用管理综合进行经济和法律分析；考察了人口变动趋势，交易惯例的形成，土地融资等问题；分析了环境责任、政府在城市规划中的作用。
