作者简介 ：
Malcolm N Shaw是著名英国国际法教授，现任英国剑桥大学劳特派特国际法研究中心客座研究员。他曾经于1989年－1994年在莱斯特大学任教授，1991年－1995年圣母法学院伦敦校区任Ironsides, Ray &Vials 教授。他教授的领域主要包括国际公法、人权、信托法、外交法、国际边界争端、国际法院和国际法庭等。Shaw本人曾到访中国，与国内一些国际法专家关系友好。
