ISCIT is an international symposium focusing on communication and information technology. It has been launched in Chiangmai Thailand since 2001. The following ISCITs were held at Pattaya Thailand in 2002, Songkla Thailand in 2003, Supporo Japan in 2004, and finally Beijing China in 2005, respectively. .
