Nikos E.Mastorakis is Professor and Director of the Chair and Labhoratory of Computer Science at the Military Institutions of University Education of Gree,Hellenic Naval Academy.He also served as Vising Professor at the University of Exeter(UK).Dr Mastorakis received his BSc-MSc(Diploma)in Electrical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens and the PhD in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the same university.He also received the BSc(Ptychion)in Pure Mathematics form the National University of Athens.He served as a special scientist on Computers and Electronics in the Hellenic Army General Staff.From 1988 to 1995,he taught courses in the Electrical Engineering Deparment of the National Technical University of Athens.
