    黄利军，男，1991年毕业于河南教育学院外语系，现任郑州市第七中学英语高级教师、课程改革组长，同时兼任郑州市教育局教学与研究室英语教研员。2001-2003年被教育部公派到日本大阪大学和日本奈良教育大学留学，长期从事英语一线教学工作，教学论文和成果多次获省、市一等奖，共发表著作40多本，文章600余篇。
